De Los Santos Med strengthens its partnership with Fortune Care Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) by opening the Fortune Care Wing, to further deliver quality services at affordable rates.

“We always consider this partnership as a natural fit for both our companies. De Los Santos Medical Center is committed to provide quality but affordable health care. This commitment provides an efficient and effective cost management option for Fortune Care,” says De Los Santos Med President & CEO Raul C. Pagdanganan.

The partnership, according to Fortune Care Chairman of the Board and CEO J. Antonio A. Cabangon Jr., is known to explore breakthroughs that improve patient experience: “Ten years ago, we tried out stationing Fortune Care physicians at De Los Santos Med—a development which everyone thought would not work, but perfectly rolled out. Now, we’re yet again trying another innovation with De Los Santos Med.” Cabangon continues by introducing and testing the new Point of Sale (POS) System which should ease out transactions made by their cardholders at De Los Santos Med.

The new POS System will give patients better customer experience, says Pagdanganan. “At the end of the day, the direct beneficiaries are our clients and customers.” This is only one of the many endeavors the hospital is pushing to provide improved services to their stakeholders, he concludes.

De Los Santos Medical Center is the 7th member of the Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC) Hospital Group, the largest hospital operations group in the Philippines. With its objective to propagate its quality yet affordable health care to the public, DLSMC partners with top organizations to extend its services to the Filipino people.
