Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory level in all units/departments
  • Ensure that all goods receipts are recorded are transfer/issuance are validated
  • Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close
  • Ensure that physical inventories are completed, records are reconciled, and discrepancies are investigated and resolved
  • Ensure correctness of inventory conversion and charging.
  • Monitor stock level of inventory, slow/fast moving & expired items

Job Requirements:

  • College Degree with course related to Accounting/Finance
  • CPA is an advantage
  • With at least 1-year work experience (accounting)
  • Knowledgeable in excel & reports
  • Knowledgeable in accounting system
  • Self-directed and highly-motivated
  • With good oral and written communication skills
